Customer Complaints Procedure

After receiving customer feedback, we will immediately understand the reason and respond to the customer's solution.

If the customer needs to solve the problem on site, professionals will be arranged to arrive at the site within 24 hours.

Within 3 working days of receiving feedback, implement corrective measures and prepare an 8D analysis report, provide customers with root cause analysis and improvement measures, and formulate subsequent improvements and solutions.

Common problem

1、What testing and certification does the battery have?

Common battery certifications include UN38.3, MSDS, sea transport, air transport, 1.2M drop, CB, CE, battery directive, FCC, EN62133, IEC62133, ROHS, UL1642, 3C and other certifications. Each model of our battery has corresponding qualifications Certification, and can handle relevant certifications and reports according to customer needs.

2、What is the shelf life of batteries?

As long as the batteries are used and handled correctly in accordance with the specifications of the corresponding model, our company guarantees that the batteries provided will not have any quality problems within 1 year from the date of production.

3、How to conduct an external short circuit to test the safety performance of the battery?

The battery cell is charged in the standard mode, and the positive and negative poles of the battery cell are connected with a wire with a resistance of 1Ω and maintained for 1 hour. If it does not catch fire or explode, and the cell surface temperature does not exceed 150°C, the battery is normal and safe.

4、Precautions for using batteries:

(1) Do not put the battery into fire or heat the battery, and do not store the battery at high temperature;

(2) Do not reverse the positive and negative poles when installing the battery;

(3) Do not directly connect or put batteries together with wires or any metal (such as metal necklaces or metal hairpins), as this may cause the battery to short-circuit;

(4) Do not use needles, hit with hammers, step on hard or otherwise impact the battery;

(5) Please do not disassemble the battery or change the battery structure at will;

(6) Do not put the battery into water. When storing, be careful that the battery gets wet.

5、How many main items are there in battery testing?

General performance: capacity, internal resistance, voltage, size; reliability: high and low temperature, cycle life, rate discharge, charge retention capability; safety performance: overcharge test, over-discharge test, high temperature short circuit test, thermal shock.

6、Factors affecting battery life:

(1) Temperature: Too high a temperature will accelerate battery aging and shorten the service life of the battery (note: charging at too low a temperature will easily produce hydrogen and shorten the life, especially in float charging applications).

(2) Discharge depth: The greater the amount of each discharge (the deeper the discharge depth), the shorter the cycle life (over-discharge is particularly harmful!)

(3) The size of the discharge current: Excessive discharge current will shorten the life of the battery.

(4) The size of the charging current: Excessive charging current will cause the battery to warp a lot and shorten the battery life. (Note: Proper high-current charging will benefit battery life).

(5) Degree of overcharge: Each battery has a recommended charging method. If the battery is overcharged, the battery life will be shortened. Pay special attention to the use of float charging!

7、How long does a lithium-ion battery last?

The service life of lithium-ion batteries is only two to three years. Lithium-ion batteries can generally be charged and discharged 300-500 times. It is best to partially discharge lithium-ion batteries rather than fully discharge them, and try to prevent frequent full discharges. Once the battery rolls off the production line, the clock starts ticking. Whether you use them or not, lithium-ion batteries only have a lifespan of two to three years. Under the unified international standard, the life of a lithium-ion battery is not expressed by time, but by the number of cycles, that is, one complete discharge. The average lithium-ion battery is between 500 and 800 times. A-grade polymerization The battery can last up to 800 times. Therefore, if you choose a good battery supplier, the quality of the battery will be guaranteed and the service life will be longer.
